DESCRIPTION:Join Kevin Burke of Carolina Nature Tours for a Spring bird walk at FENCE. Spring is an exciting time to be birding in our area. \nMigratory birds are funneling back into our area in huge numbers.  We will be spending a leisurely couple hours walking the property trying to find these new arrivals. Warblers\, Tanagers\, Swallows\, and many more species are possible.  Some birds we hope to see are Hooded Warbler\, Indigo Bunting\, Barn Swallow\, Summer Tanager\, and many more. \nBirders of all levels are welcome. Please remember to dress appropriately for the weather\, wear comfortable shoes\, and bring along binoculars if you have them. \nPlease meet at the lower parking lot below the Nature Center near the pollinator garden. \nThis event is free and open to the public. Registration is required\, tickets available soon! \nClass is $60 per person\, all supplies are included in the fee. Registration will be open soon. \n \nDuring class we will receive a quick intro into some watercolor tools\, tips\, ideas and helps. Supplies are provided to create several original pieces. \nPerfect for beginners and intermediate painters. \nThinking like it is already spring;  we will paint and plant some flowers firmly on good paper. Think too:  A small art gift you can give away.  A way to start a flower journal.
